WWD announces that the famous stylist has been named
Diesel's new artistic director, following
Renzo Rosso's retirement. Rosso, founder and now ex-artistic director of the well known brand has stated that he has finally met someone as crazy as him and that now he has replaced himself and can go on vacation. Rosso noted Nicola's crazy vision for the brand and made him 100% percent responsible of the label's "total view". Formichetti's debut collection for Diesel will take place in the
fall 2013 season and we can't wait to see what his genuine and extra-creative mind will bring to the table.
